CA Jatin Agrawal is an ACA with a sound technical and legal background. He attends to the Company Law, Service Tax, Information Systems Audit & Consultancy arm of the firm. His diverse exposure in his earlier firm enriches the firms capability to cater to a large set of clients thus enabling the firm to provide comprehensive services to its clients over a broad spectrum of client profiles without compromising on the quality of work.

2. Nikunj Suchak - Partner B.Com., A.C.A
CA Nikunj Suchak is partner of the firm and is actively engaged in handling audit and accounting. Mr. Nikunj Suchak was erstwhile working with Ernst & Young. He is well equipped to offer audit and assurance services.

4. Abhishek Gupta - Associate B.M.S., M.B.A
Mr. Abhishek Gupta is ex Group President of Gitanjali Gems Ltd and still acts as retainer for Gitanjali Group. He has spearheaded the fund raising for his earlier employer and has handled Investor Relations for the Gitanjali Group. His deep knowledge of the primary market alongwith the years of expertise accumulated due to constant interaction with the various investment banks has resulted in a vast wealth of dynamic ideas which the clients can benefit while availing firms transaction structuring services. His investment banking acumen enables the firm to provide customized tailor made solutions for the clients myriad business needs.

5. Suresh Gupta - Consultant B.Com. F.C.A.
CA Suresh Gupta is an FCA with over 30 year experience in Textile Industry. He has an experience of over 28 years with Kores India Limited as operations manager of its textile factory at Wakaner along with handling the financial and costing operations of the unit. He has also served as Managing Director of Birla Cotsyn (India) Limited. Mr. Gupta is the firms internal Audit external consultant and has his expertise in evaluating and implementation of system controls due to his operational background and expertise in micro-managing operations.
